Quick Answer

Transmountain Therapy is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in Las Cruces, New Mexico and the Southern NM border region for 1099 PRN home health work. PTAs earn $45–$50 per visit (same rates as our El Paso, TX coverage) and typically take 20–30 visits per week at full pace — putting weekly earnings between $900–$1,500 before taxes. Application-to-first-visit timeline is 3–7 business days for credentialed PTAs. Coverage includes Las Cruces, Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Vado, and Chaparral. Texas-licensed PTAs welcome — both TX and NM are members of the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, so a Texas PTA can apply for NM compact privilege (1–4 week processing) without a full second-state license. Bilingual Spanish/English helpful, not required. Apply at transmountaintherapy.com/pta-jobs-las-cruces-nm.
